How much will I get?

The amount you may receive for your injuries is dependent on what injuries were caused by the incident and the level of any permanent or ongoing restrictions you suffer.

You may be able to claim ‘general damages’ (non-pecuniary or monetary loss) together with loss of income, loss of ability to work into the future, travel costs and medical costs associated with the treatment of your accident caused injuries.

Expert advice is needed to ensure you receive all the compensation you are entitled to and I recommend seeking that advice earlier in the claim process to ensure you collect all the evidence to support your claim from the beginning: your claim may take 2 to 5 years to settle and you will forget things!
